Rajvardan and Ibadaat shifted back to Delhi, that too near Rudra and Supriya’s mansion. For Ibadaat, it was just like a dream to live near her brother.
Rajvardan also settled his business, and it was going smoothly. It was reaching new heights. Rajvardan grew a good relationship with Supriya. He found a sister in her, which he never had. Supriya also treated him like her younger brother.
Whereas Rooh became obsessed with Rajvardan. Why wouldn’t she, when Rajvardan loved her the most?
Back to the story
“Ibadaat, I have a business party. Will you accompany me as my partner?”
He asked while typing something on his laptop.
Ibadaat, who was too busy with her laptop, told him,
“No, Vardan. I am sorry. I have some other plans. I have to accompany someone else. I hope you will manage.”
Understanding her point, he decided to go individually, as he didn’t want to disturb her professional life. He was happy that at least their relationship was not on bad terms anymore.
He messaged Supriya while asking,
“Supriya Didi, can I take Rooh along with me to a party? As I am going alone, it would be great company, and Rooh will also enjoy.”
“Of course, you can take your girlfriend along. I just took your name in front of her, and she is already looking happy.”
He wore a black tuxedo and set his hair. He heard a soft knock on his door.
As he opened the door, he saw Rooh standing in front of him. She immediately hugged his legs and said,
“Picky picky.”
Supriya, who giggled at this cute moment, snapped their pictures.
He lifted her up and showered her with kisses.
Supriya gave him Rooh’s baby bag and left.
“So, my Rooh, now choose which car.”
He said while placing her on the ground.
She immediately ran towards the Porsche with her tiny legs.
“Okay, as my Rooh says.”
He made her sit on his lap, started the engine, and she giggled.
“Party party.”
Soon, they reached the venue, and the theme was liked by Rooh. That’s all that mattered.
When they entered, everyone complimented Rooh, and she spent the whole time hiding her face in Rajvardan’s neck.
“My baby is shy. It’s okay. Come, Mamu will feed his Pari.”
He said in a baby voice.
He fed her food, and the cutest thing Rooh did at the dinner table was feeding Rajvardan. Even though she was spilling food here and there while feeding him, nothing mattered to him.
What mattered was that his Rooh was happy.
The party was over, and Rooh slept in his arms. He was driving while holding her and was lost in deep thoughts.
“I will always wish for my Rooh to have the best life partner. I don’t want her to be tied to someone like Ibadaat was, someone whom she doesn’t even love. But I will always protect my Rooh.”
He pecked her forehead, and she snuggled closer to him.
They reached home. He dropped Rooh off, and later he went to the house.
Yes, house.
Because it did not give him the feeling of home.
Home is where emotions live, and a house is where people live.
As usual, it was dark. He shook his head and left for his room.
Yes, Ibadaat and Rajvardan did not share a room.
Brushing away his thoughts, he removed his tuxedo and stood under the shower.
Rajvardan POV
Yes, I am a man. Yes, I do have needs from my life partner. It’s not about the body; it’s just about a heart-to-heart connection.
I don’t feel calm anymore. I am always surrounded by thoughts. It makes me feel very heavy. I have no one to share my problems with. It feels like I am caged by my own thoughts.
If Ibadaat was meant to be mine, why is she not with me when I need her? Doesn’t she see my efforts?
Maybe she is busy. I know my Ibadaat is not ignoring me. It’s just that she is busy in her life. She wants to accomplish her career.
I will wait for her, as I did in the past.
He got out of the shower, wore his clothes, took out his diary, and started writing his thoughts because that was the only thing that gave him peace.
Because when no one is there to listen to your thoughts, your diary becomes your friend.
My Dear Diary,
Had that heavy feeling in my heart again, so I thought to share it with you.
I am feeling lost. Should I give freedom to Ibadaat? Should I just ask her to leave me? Will she leave me?
I am scared of losing her. I don’t know why, but it feels like if she leaves me, I will shatter into pieces that no one will ever find.
